Commute Link is a program
offered through 50corridor.com to assist employers with trip reduction efforts.
Plugging into Commute Link is
easy, but it does require a commitment on an employers part.
First, the employer is asked to
participate in a TMA. Commute Link is available to any employer who has
employees commuting along the 50 Corridor. To determine the appropriate TMA for
you, take a look at the map of TMAs serving the
Sacramento Region.
Next, the employer is asked to
appoint and support an Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) who will be
the point of contact for your commute program. Commute Link programs and TMA
services will be directed to your employees through the ETC.
Finally, a Commute Link Liaison
will be providing you with a Commute Link display and seasonal materials.
Youll be asked to place this display in a spot that is visible to your
employees.
